As an eligible member of The Australian Plus you will receive a complimentary Unlimited Membership on your next order. Limit one redemption per eligible member. Your free Unlimited membership (usually $39.99) will give you access to all the benefits of the Unlimited service for 12 months. Unlimited membership is not available in country areas, and orders or delivery to the Northern Territory cannot be accepted. An additional postage surcharge will apply to any case/order shipped to an area where Unlimited membership is not available. Click here to see delivery charges. Unlimited does not include next or named day delivery. Your free trial membership begins on the day you order and continues for 12 months. After this period, your free trial will end, and you will no longer have access to the Unlimited membership benefits. Orders will not be accepted (nor will wine be delivered to) persons under the age of 18 years. Most orders are fulfilled within a week but please allow up to 14 days. Delivery to outlying areas will be to the agent's nearest depot. If a wine becomes unavailable, a similar wine of greater value may be supplied. If you are unhappy with the substitute, you will be refunded. Normal retail prices are provided by the wineries. All wines are covered by The Australian Wine guarantee – if you don't like a wine for any reason, The Australian Wine will refund you and arrange to the collect the wine.
Your membership begins on the day you register and continues for 12 months. You may cancel your Unlimited membership at anytime by calling 1300 763 576. You can send to an unlimited amount of addresses within the eligible Unlimited regions for each Unlimited membership (all recipients must be 18 years or over). If you purchase wine while an active member, but the associated shipping charges are included in a second instalment that is due after your membership has ended, regular shipping charges will apply. The Australian Wine reserve the right to make changes to these terms, or any aspect of the Unlimited membership program, by posting revisions on their website. Your continued membership after such changes constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to such changes, you must cancel your membership. The Australian Wine may terminate your Unlimited membership at their sole discretion without notice (in such cases, you will receive a prorated refund).
